Car Loans Go For Your Dream Car

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Paul_Cris]Paul Cris Not everybody owns a car, though most dream of owning one. You can dream of having a car, but you need money to buy a car. If you have enough savings then you can buy from your pocket, while at the same time if you do not have enough money then you can apply for a car loan. Car loans are easily available and there are many finance companies, which provide car loans. You can get car loans for buying new as well as used cars. You need to pay some money upfront while buying a car; the rest of the amount can be financed as car loan. If you make a down payment then the amount repayable would also be less. Car loans are normally secured loans. The car itself is pledged as a security or you can get a homeowners loan to buy a car. As car loans are secured loans and if you do not repay the money on time then the lender could take away the car. The more the loan period, the more the interest you pay. If you go for a short-term car loan the repayable amount would be less. Getting a secured loan is easy, while unsecured loans are difficult to get and also carry high interest rates. These unsecured loans are personal loans, which are repaid in a short time. It is best to go for a secured car loan than an unsecured loan. After getting a car loan and if you feel that the interest rates are high then you can refinance your car loan and get a car loan with low interest rates. This will help, as you will be repaying lesser than earlier. There are many sources through which you can get car loan quotes. You can get free car loan quotes on the Internet. You just need to fill the form on the website and you can get a free no obligation quote. There are many car loan providers who have websites and getting car loan quotes is very easy. For some people buying a car is a luxury while for some it is a need. Some people lease a car and pay monthly rentals. Instead of leasing a car and paying rentals it is advised to buy a car through loan and repay the car loan through monthly installments. Nowadays even people who have bad credits get car loans. If you have a bad credit history then the rate of interest payable would be high. It is advised to go for a secured bad credit loan, so that the interest rates are low. People who have bad credit history are getting car loans as the lenders have lowered the credit standards so that it is easily accessible for everyone. This has led to increase in car loan lending. Car loans help in realizing the dreams of millions of car loving people. Cars are not a luxury anymore; they are one of the best modes of transport and a necessity. Secured Loans Source Cheaper Finance at Easy Terms

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Andrew_Baker]Andrew Baker If you are a property owner and looking for a loan, then go nowhere other than taking secured loans. There are many inbuilt advantages in secured loans that the borrowers can benefit from. The biggest attraction and cause of popularity of secured loans is lower interest rate. Every borrower seeks a lower interest rate while applying for a loan. But it is only secured loans that are offered at the rates which are lower in the loan market. What is more, the borrower can exploit the loan market for achieving further lowered rate of interest if comparison of different lenders is made. Surely a cheaper loan goes a long way in financial well being of the borrower. The borrower pays a lower amount towards installments of the loan which saves lot of money. Because of cheaper loan it can be repaid easily without feeling the burden much. Interest rates are lower on secured loans because the loan is secured against the property of the borrower. Any property like home or automobile can serve the purpose of collateral. In case a payment default occurs from borrowers end, still the loan is recovered by selling the property. So the security is in place. The borrowings depend on equity in the property placed as collateral. Higher equity in property like home surely lends you big money. Usually secured loans are provided in the range of 5000 to 75000. Borrowers have a conveniently larger duration for paying back secured loans. The loans can be repaid in 5, 10, 15, and 20 or even in 30 years as suits to the borrowers. So even lower repay payment capacity of the borrower is well taken care of in secured loans. Another advantage of secured loans is that even bad credit borrowers avail it without many enquiries from the lender. Lenders have minimum risks because the bad credit borrowers property may be sold for recovering the loan in case of payment default. How to seal a best secured loan deal? Well, first of all you should compare different lenders for their individual interest rates. Then settle for the lender offering lower interest rate and terms-conditions suitable to you. After you have chosen the lender, prefer applying online. Online lenders charge no fee on application processing and also approve the loan faster. Secured loans thus are of immense help to borrowers in sourcing a cheaper finance. Make it sure that you regularly pay the installments. This will keep you away from debts. Secured loans when paid off in timely manner also will help in repairing your credit score. Andrew Baker has done his masters in finance from CPIT. Fishing Alaska: The Alaskan Sampler Plate... Part III

By A.J. Klott It was time to leave Cooper Landing, and the friendly confines of "Camp Yuppie Fisher". It was time to head for Homer. That's Alaska not Simpson. We had pre booked a Halibut trip out of Homer, the "end of the road" as Alaskans like to refer to it, but were a little concerned about the weather. We had heard of trips cancelled the same day we went Silver fishing with Alaskas' very own "guide from hell" --Oscar the apron wearing Grouch. The trip was set up for Friday, and since this was Thursday, we had a full day to run amok, unchained, and unsupervised on the Kenai Peninsula. What to do? Hmmm... I know!! Let's go find somewhere to fish!! There was a lot of real estate between Cooper Landing and Homer and that meant alot of rivers, streams, and creeks. Before leaving "Camp Yuppie Fisher" we asked around if anyone had fished much on the rivers between Soldotna and Homer, and evidently most of the Kenai guides were "homers" and didn't fish many waters that didn't feed off their home river. We grabbed maps and hoped to find a river that had a little better Silver run going on, since the Kenai run had not really showed up yet. Other than that,we would just explore the 120 miles between destinations. Off we went in the Chevy Malibu fishmobile we had rented, in search of our own Alaskan river. The problem with doing your own self guided fishing trip in an unknown territory, is the "scout time" involved when trying to decide the where's and how's. Past rivers like the Kasilof(too big), the Ninilchik(too small), Deep Creek( too fishless), we would hop out and check out fishability of each river that had looked hopeful on the map. Finally we reached the Anchor river, and this one looked juuusssst right. Plenty of access, fish present, and a nice managable flow of water. AND the Silvers were in!! Not alot of Silvers, but they were there. So were Pinks and rumor has it, some Steelhead. Greg and I found a nice access point and saw a few fishermen working a nice pool filled with Salmon. Then I saw a fly fisherman walking back upstream with a chrome bright Silver dangling by his side and had my usual reaction. With big eyes and the excitement of a Labrador retriever I ran to meet the fisherman halfway back and gave him a hearty greeting. I refrained from wagging my tail and sticking my "muzzle" up the backside of his waders, although I am not above that if it means I am going to catch chrome bright Silvers!! Anyway, the fish was at least twelve pounds, and I had already used my stealth CIA like moves to shift my eyes from fish to fly in order to unlock the mystery of the Anchor river Salmon hatch. It's usually much more fun to feel like you have covertly discovered what to use on an unknown river, so when the fishermen said: " use any green wooly bugger or pink fly", I felt my James Bond glow fade away. That was enough chit chat for me. I was off to the car to get suited up for battle. Greg decided he was going to scout out what the back of his eyelids looked like, so I would be stalking Silvers solo. I waded across the Anchor river, spying on Salmon that were moving up over the shallow rocks just below the big pool, mainly Pinks were heading up, but I could spot several Silvers in the big pool. The three or four fishermen that were working the pool were tossing lures, and occasionally they would snag a Pink. I walked upstream about fifty yards above the big pool and decided to work the far bank where I had seen some Salmon rolling. About sixty yards further upstream another fly fisherman had hooked into a nice fish, and when I saw bright silver leaping from the water I knew what it meant. It meant I was getting impatient--and I hadn't even casted yet! I tied on the new "rock star" of our Alaskan fishing trip-Pink Floyd- and within minutes had...what else.....a nice Humpy hooked. That was nice, but I was after PURE SILVER BABY!! I decided to go "green" and pulled out a green leech pattern that works pretty well for Steelhead on the North Umpqua in Oregon. For about thirty minutes I had nothing, even though I was casting right over the slot where all the fish were rolling. The Anchor river this time of year is more of a large creek and is easily wadable and quite fisherman friendly. In fact in most places if you happened to snag a branch or get hung up on a rock, you could wade right over and pull yourself free. Not wanting to lose one of the few "green flies" I had--I exercised this option a couple of times. I worked the slot up and down and then suddenly my line stopped. Like any Steelhead fisherman would do I set the hook. Watch out!! The line came tight and this time there were shoulders pulling back beneath the surface. Then the line peeled off in the direction of the underwater bearer of broad shoulders, and then out of the water flew the prettiest sight, a big beautiful Silver. Tail dancing across the surface once and then twice, I held tight and let the rod and reel do it's stuff. It reminded me of Steelhead fishing and for the next fifteen minutes I was in fishing bliss as I fought that bright Salmon. This fish was worth the price of admission. If I had only caught one fish in Alaska, I would have wanted it to be this fish. Self guided, existing fly out of my fly box, chrome bright fish on a river I had no idea had even existed before this afternoon and best of all, no grumpy burnt out guide around to get uptight and start mentioning tipping!! Now I knew why most people like to catch Silvers up on the rivers in Alaska, especially on flys!! By the time Greg figured out the inside of his eyelids pretty much look the same in Alaska as they do anywhere, I had a nice bright twelve to fourteen pound Silver clubbed and on the rocks. I don't smoke, but if I had a cigarette right then and there, I might have lit up--I was that satisfied!! Whatever that means? I fished for another half hour and caught another Humpy, but the fishing had slowed down and most people had left already. I was O.K. with that also--because this was a bonus fish and we were headed to Homer for some Halibut fishing... to be continued... A.J. Klott Author, writer of fishing humor, and "fly tack" peddler.A.J. writes about the people, characters and modern day events that surround the fishing world. Criminal Law: A Critical Analysis of the Magistrate Court

By Thomas Gallagher Introduction The Magistrates Courts play an extremely important role inside the criminal justice system within the United Kingdom. This brief article will assess the functions of the magistrates court and evaluate the effectiveness of having a mechanism for determining the guilt of a defendant based solely on the discretion of the magistrates present. Before assessing the origins of the magistrate court, there will be a brief examination of what a magistrate is and what their functions are. Following from this, a brief insight into the origins of the magistrate court will be given, as it is important to understand the origins of any system as this will inform the reader of the initiative behind the original concept. After discussing the origins of the system, the procedure of appointment will then be discussed. This process will then be examined when the analysis is focused upon the procedures contained within the Magistrate court for assessing the guilt of a defendant. As a defendant will be denied a trail by jury, the system in place for the appointment of these magistrates is of paramount importance, as all individuals must be judged by their peers. If, after considering the evidence, the current system is deemed to be defective, then possible solutions will be considered to improve the present situation. The article will conclude that although the current system is far from perfect, it serves as a significant filter for more serious crimes which are tried in the Crown Court by a jury. What is a Magistrate? In the courts of England and Wales, it is the function of a magistrate to hear prosecutions for summary offences. They have the power to make orders in regard to and placing additional requirements on offenders. Magistrates' sentencing powers are limited compared to that of the Crown Court (See Criminal Law: A Critical Analysis of the Crown Court), extending to shorter periods of custody, fines, probation and community service orders, and a miscellany of other options. Magistrates hear committal proceedings for indictable offences, and establish whether sufficient evidence exists to pass the case to a higher court for trial and sentencing. Magistrates have power to pass summary offenders to higher courts for sentencing when, in the opinion of the magistrate, a penalty greater than can be given in magistrates court is warranted. The function of a magistrate is of great importance, but where did they originally come from? Origins of the Magistrate Court The origins of the magistrate system can be seen to have been initiated in the 12th century. Richard I (Richard the Lion heart) commissioned certain knights in England to keep the Kings peace in unruly areas. By the 14th century, a new phrase had been coined to describe individuals who had accepted the responsibility of keeping the peace. The title Justices of the Peace was initiated during the reign of Edward III and referred to 'good and lawful' men to be appointed in every county to 'guard the peace. The magistrate system has evolved since its early inception and now deals with over 95% of all prosecuted crime and is responsible for handing out over 336m in financial penalties per year. (Source: Department for Constitutional Affairs [DCA]) If a magistrate is responsible for presiding over certain criminal cases, then there must be a proficient system in place to appoint these individuals. The Appointment Process of Magistrates The Municipal Corporations Act 1835 provided for Justices of the Peace to be nominated by the Lord Chancellor for the boroughs, in consultation with local advisers. The county benches, however, continued to be confirmed by the Lord Chancellor by way of the nomination of the Lord Lieutenants, who had their own methods for finding suitable candidates. The system was inadequate and was challenged by the Liberal Government in 1906 as there were too many conservatives sitting on the benches. Lord Loreburn, as Liberal Lord Chancellor, nominated 7,000 magistrates of whom 3,197 were Liberals. The Royal Commission on the Appointment of Justice of the Peace in 1910 recommended the institution of an Advisory committee system. A year later Advisory Committees on which Liberals and Conservatives were equally represented had been set up in most counties to advise Lord Lieutenants on nominations. A few years later the boroughs had also formed advisory committees. Originally, appointment to these committees was for life, however, in 1925, Lord Cave introduced appointment for 6 years and ordered half the committees to retire by rotation every three years. A magistrate can, however, still remove a persons liberty for criminal offences. If we are all to be judged by our peers, then a magistrate should be just that. The problem is, however, that the appointment process is engineered towards professional people who share very little with the people that they judge. Assessing Guilt in a Magistrate Court As stated above, magistrates will decide on the guilt of a defendant. There will be no trial by jury, therefore, it is essential that the people who sit in judgment are the defendants peers. If one looks at the application process as provided on the department for constitutional affairs, the qualities needed are good character, ability for understanding and communication, social awareness, maturity and a sound temperament, sound judgment and a commitment to the job. These are all admiral qualities, yet these are not imposed upon any jury that sits in judgment of more serious cases. Why is this so? There are numerous possible explanations for this polarized approach, and often depends upon a persons particular ideological persuasion. Nevertheless, the statistics speak for themselves. Most magistrates are white, middle class males. If one considers that defendants should be judged by their peers, it would be interesting to see how white, middle class males go out stealing cars, or indeed committing other petty criminal offences. What are the possible solutions for this problem? A Call for a More Diverse Magistrate Pool Magistrates work on a voluntary basis and need time off work to honor their commitments. There have been Proposals to make it easier for magistrates who are in employment to take time off from work to sit in court (Monday 7 November 2005 10:37 Department for Constitutional Affairs). This, for me, does not solve the problem of having a primarily middle classed system acting as judge, jury and executioner. What is needed is a more diverse magistrate pool. This will provide for a more understanding magistrate. If one has lived in a cozy, secure, insulated world, how are you going to have any affinity with an individual who has had a disrupted childhood? The answer is that you are not. The arguments in favour regarding a more diverse pool of magistrates is deafening, however, it remains to be seen as to whether they will be heard. Conclusion This paper has assessed the role of a magistrate within the judicial process by tracing the origins of the magistrate and looking at the way in which a magistrate is appointed. The role of the magistrate is one that should never be undervalued. They give up their time on a voluntary basis and provide a vital service in filtering the more serious crimes to be tried in front of a jury. There exists a fundamental problem, however, in that a magistrate often shares no life experiences with the people that they sit in judgment over. The sociological implications for a system, such as the one in place cannot be underestimated. The time has now come for a more diverse magistrate pool that draws from all members of society, regardless of their previous background. Thomas Gallagher

Effective Fibromyalgia Chinese Herbs Treatment Options

By Jane Thompson Fibromyalgia is often hard to diagnose, and you may find that some doctors will not give that diagnosis at all. The symptoms and problems with this condition are very hard to manage, but there are some things that can help. What works will depend on age and condition, as well as how much work you put into it. There are some lifestyle changes that can help, and there might also be some Fibromyalgia Chinese herbs that can help some with the condition feel better and find more rest. Medical doctors have very few options when trying to treat Fibromyalgia. This is because it is often skipped over, or the complaints of the patients are not taken seriously. There is little that can be done in the way of medications, though some like to prescribe sleeping pills, pain pills, anti-depressants, or arthritic medications. These can work with varying degrees of success for some patients, but not everyone will find relief. This is when its useful to turn to other sources for help, and Chinese herbs may be just what you have been looking for. Chinese medicine usually first concentrates on helping the overall well-being of a patient. It is believed that by helping the body to boost the immune system, the body can then do some self-healing. Most medical doctors try to heal just one thing at a time, and it often works well, but in the case of Fibromyalgia, it might help to first concentrate on any auto-immune deficiencies that might be present. They would then treat the various systems of the body that are problematic for people with this condition. This might include the lungs, liver, and muscular system, just to name a few. Because there are so many different variables when it comes to treating a patient with Fibromyalgia, there really is no list of Chinese herbs that will work for everyone. A practitioner must evaluate the history of the patient, and will need to know much more than what their symptoms are and how long they have had them. They will want to have a life-long medical history of not only the physical body, but the emotional and spiritual part as well. Only when these have been recorded can a true treatment with these herbs begin, and it is often used in conjunction with acupuncture treatments. It is always a good idea to see someone who practices Chinese medicine before taking any type of herb on your own. You want to be under the care of your medical doctor as well. Some Fibromyalgia Chinese herbs can interact with prescription medications, and the side effects of this could be dangerous. Always let your medical doctor know what you are doing and whom you are seeing for treatment. Though Fibromyalgia Chinese herbs can be an effective alternative form of medicine, they are also very powerful, and it is always a good idea to have someone watching over your treatments from both ends of the spectrum. Basic Cell Phone Usage Etiquette

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Lydia_Quinn]Lydia Quinn With such widespread use of cell phones, it's important to know some basic cell phone etiquette in order to maintain your own privacy and safety as well as not to be rude or annoying to people around you. Here are some basic cell phone etiquette tips: Always excuse yourself when taking a call, just the words, "excuse me while I take this call" will be sufficient. It's the polite thing to do when you must take that call but the person in front of you is also important. Turn off your cell phone when in a business meeting or other important meeting. It's unprofessional and rude to take a personal or any other type of call during a business meeting. It may derail any important business conversations and deals taking place. Never talk on your cell phone in places meant to be quiet, like libraries, museums, galleries, cemeteries, theaters, doctor or dentist offices, auditoriums, churches or other religious or sacred spaces or hospital waiting rooms, for instance. Keep your voice at a normal level, don't yell your conversation, especially in public. Never have very serious or emotional conversations while in a public place. Also, never discuss business matters while in a public place, you may end up giving away confidential or sensitive business information without even thinking about it. Try not to use your cell phone while driving. If you find yourself needing to talk often while driving, then get yourself a hands free cellular car kit, so you can listen and talk with both hands on the wheel. Also, if you don't have a hands free kit but must take an important call while driving, try to pull to the side of the road until you can end the conversation. It's for your safety as well as everyone around you. There are many extra services that are available with your cell phone nowadays, like games, videos and even movies. Use these only when appropriate, like when you have to wait for your flight at the airport or when you are waiting to pick someone up in your car. Never use these extra services around anyone expecting to have your attention. Many cell phones have a digital camera built in. Always ask someone before taking a photo of them. Don't use your cell phone camera in sensitive places like at the beach, in a club, in a bathroom, at a swimming pool or in a locker room. You may get into trouble if you start taking pictures in these places. Obey cell phone rules that are present or posted in places like airplanes, restaurants, casinos, etc. If they say you should turn it off, turn it off. When you receive a call and you are already in a conversation with someone, if you must take the call, keep it brief and to the point. Don't leave the person you were already having a conversation with waiting long. It's the equivalent of someone butting in on your conversation in person. Before concerts and movies, make sure your cell phone is turned off or at least on vibrate. Double check before you enter. You don't want your 50 Cent ringtone interrupting Swan Lake or your child's piano recital! It's not only rude, but embarrassing. Finally, when in the midst of a conversation, try to keep some space between you and those around you. This is for your own privacy as well as the privacy of the person you are speaking with. It's also sensitive and respectful to those around you. Armed with just these basic cell phone etiquette tips, you'll be able to make proper use of your cell phone while still being considerate to others. Home Remedies for Nausea - Chinese Style

By Matthew Scott These home remedies for nausea are based on simple, traditional Chinese ways to relieve and prevent this common and
uncomfortable symptom. Several remedies use ginger for its ability to harmonize and settle the stomach. These particular ginger
remedies for nausea can therefore also be used in cases where vomiting occurs as well. Note though that ginger
has a warming effect on the body, so if you feel uncomfortably hot or flushed or perhaps have a headache after taking it via one of
these remedies for nausea, reduce the amount of ginger next time, or try a non-ginger remedy. Home Remedies for Nausea Remedy 1. Ginger Milk: Boil 250ml of fresh, whole milk, 25ml of ginger juice (made from crushing fresh ginger)
and 25g of brown sugar for 10 minutes. Sip slowly while it's still hot. Remedy 2. Ginger Water: Put 3 slices of fresh ginger in a cup, add boiling water, and brown sugar to taste. Drink
warm. Leave the ginger in the cup and top it up with more water 1 or 2 times throughout the day if necessary. Remedy 3. Ginger Tea: Put 3 slices of fresh ginger and 2-3 grams of black tea (or a tea bag) in a cup. Add boiling
water, then let it steep for several minutes. Drink warm. As above, leave the ingredients in the cup and top it up throughout the day
if necessary. Remedy 4. Pu Er Tea: From Yunnan province in China, and widely available, this tea is highly regarded for its beneficial effects on
digestion. It may be used in cases of nausea, vomiting and even obesity. Put 5 or 6 grams in a cup, add boiling water, then let it steep for several minutes. Drink it warm. Re-use it throughout the day, as above. Remedy 5. Orange Peel: Perhaps the simplest of all these home remedies for nausea, but not necessarily the least
effective. Peel an orange and bruise the skin by twisting and crushing it with your fingers. Hold the skin to your nose and sniff the scent. Remedy 6. Acupressure: Applying thumb pressure to a specific point on your wrists makes for another very
simple, yet highly effective remedy for nausea. This point is well known by Chinese medicine practitioners for its ability to relieve
anxiety, stress, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms. For full illustrated instructions on locating and pressing the point (referred to
as Point 1), see: http://chinese-holistic-health-exercises.com/reflexology-for-anxiety.html For greater effectiveness it is recommended that you combine some of the above home remedies for nausea. For instance, choose
one ginger remedy and take it once or twice a day, plus do the acupressure several times a day. Note also that if you're
pregnant and suffering from morning sickness, ginger is one of the most common and safest Chinese home remedies for nausea and vomiting. Check with your health professional first though if you're unsure about this. Matthew Scott is a professionally trained Chinese medicine practitioner from Australia, living in China since 2000. Do Cellulite Creams Work?

By Laurel Tevolitz Do cellulite creams work? You cannot open a female based periodical these days without an advertisement staring you directly in the face about how anti-cellulite products can reduce your chances of having to look in the mirror at yourself and see the dimply ole cottage cheese! Cellulite creams are no exception to this rule as they are the most readily available of all treatments encompassing lotions and gels. Which should you give a try to? What contributions are necessary to the product you select in order to see an improvement in the condition? It has been long known that cellulite is the embarrassing little fact about the lower extremities of a woman's body. Whether you are involved religiously in a fitness and diet program that incorporates cellulite exercises or just concerned about staying healthy, the cellulite issues are of serious concern to most women. Unfortunately, it affects close to 90% of all women as they enter their late teens. Cellulite is simply the condition of a skin composition unique to females, coupled with fat storage, aging, genetics, diet, exercise and stress levels. The correct timing of any few of these conditions cause fat accumulation, toxins and fluids to harbor themselves deep into the skin while also weakening the epidermis. As fat accumulates in these areas, primarily the thighs, legs, butt and stomach, it pushes to the surface causing the dimpling we hate so much to look at. As for question of "do cellulite creams work?", it is very important to note that they are not a primary source of getting rid of cellulite in trouble areas. Many of them contain ingredients which have been shown to have a positive effect on cellulite. These include Retinol (a form of Vitamin A), aminophylline (related to caffeine and theophylline), ruscogenine (butcher's broom), collagen, horse chestnut and ginkgo biloba (firming and toning agents). Many of them either smooth, tone, increase circulation or help to improve the overall look and feel of the skin. However, there are other factors that must be incorporated to allow your cellulite cream to have the best chance of working to your benefit. It is important to do the following to fight cellulite from the inside out:

Enjoy a fitness and exercise program that includes weight training, cellulite exercises and cardiovascular improvement for increased metabolism, muscle development and fat burning effects. Follow a sensible and healthy diet that includes lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables and healthy fats. Eliminate processed foods, caffeine, smoking and unhealthy fats. Drink plenty of water! (a gallon a day) Reduce stress levels and take time to breathe!
So the next time ask yourself do cellulite creams work, take into consideration that cellulite creams whether in the form of itself, lotions or gels are not solely the answer to relieving your cellulite problem. You can soften and improve the tone and texture of your skin, but the creams will not begin to resolve problem areas unless you provide your body with a comprehensive way to improve itself. The best advice is to choose relatively inexpensive brands of creams and give yourself approximately 8 weeks to see an overall improvement while also following the rest of your complete cellulite program. Many doctors have received feedback from their patients that some cellulite creams have helped to almost eliminate the cellulite problem, however there is no scientific proof to substantiate this. Unfortunately, cellulite is a fact of life that most women cannot circumvent. Do cellulite creams work? Yes, they can when you select the one that works best for you while also making important changes that include your participation in fitness, good eating habits and an overall positive outlook on a healthy lifestyle. Good luck! Discover more information about an answer to the question "Do cellulite creams work?" at our informative resource:

What Is Strivectin?

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Ricky_Lim] Ricky Lim Strivectin was first introduced in 2002 by Klein-Becker, the exclusive distributor for strivectin products. Originally, it was first developed to repair stretch marks but has grown recently in popularity as an anti-wrinkle cream. The results were by accident as people who have used strivectin reported their wrinkles length and volume reduced. Today, there are a series of strivectin products such as the Strivectin-SD eye cream and the Strivectin-HD hand cream. How does Strivectin work? Strivectin uses an unique thermophyllic formula specially designed to tackle wrinkle problems. It specifically targets the dermal epidermal junction (DEJ), which is a very thin layer of cells that lays between the dermis epidermis. Clinical studies have shown that the DEJ is responsible for the formation of wrinkles. As we age, the DEJ gets flatter and flatter and will weaken the bonds between the dermis and the epidermis. Strivectin strives to strengthen the bonds and structure integrity of the DEJ by penetrating to the base of deep wrinkles. So how to use Strivectin? You can apply strivectin to the deep winkles, usually near the corners of your eyes, the lips and neck. Apply strivectin 2 times a day on the wrinkles in a circular fashion for about 60 seconds. You only need to use a small amount of strivectin as it is very concentrated. Its also important to apply on clean and dry skin to maximize the effectiveness. Leave it for 5 minutes and wait until the strivectin becomes dry. After that use a cloth soak in warm water and use it to clear away the strivectin. Strivectin is designed to be apply on the neck and face so do not try and apply to other parts of the body since it will not work as well. How Adam & Eve Reflect the Kingdom of God!

By David Ben-Ariel "Let us make man in our image." Such a Scripture does not support the trinity, but it does support the plain truth that the Word was God and the Word was with God, two Beings with the one sacred name of God/Elohim (John 1:1-2). "In the Beginning was the WORD (Logos/Spokesman/Revelatory Thought), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God." This clearly reveals, to objective readers, TWO Beings who shared the ONE family name of GOD. (Ephes. 3:15). God created all things through Yeshua/Jesus who was the Word (Ephes. 3:9). When the Word became flesh He was "God with us" and thereby became the "Son" and the One who remained in Heaven thereby became the "Father." They had coexisted eternally in a SHARED GLORY (John 8:42, 7:5, 8, 16:27-28). We can either accept or reject Yeshua's revelation of the UNKNOWN FATHER FIGURE whom mankind has never heard or seen. The Word who became Yeshua is the Divine Being who dealt with ancient Israel. They didn't know the Father and most still don't today, and they can't unless the Son reveals Him (John 5:37, 6:44,46, 8:54-55). And we can either accept or reject Yeshua's explanation/interpretation of what "one" means: unity/united. He said the Father was in Him and He was in the Father (through the Holy Spirit and unity of mind and purpose) and He prayed for the Church of God to express and exhibit that exact same unity and oneness by the Holy Spirit (John 14:11, 15:4, 17:11, 21, 23). Please check out these Scripture references and see that it is so. One Holy Spirit of UNITY AND DIVINE PURPOSE (I Cor. 12:12-20). The Scripture says "Let us make man in our image," and it says "ELOHIM (not YHVH) made man in His image." It's saying the Word and God made man "in OUR image" and, that as ONE GOD FAMILY UNIT/KINGDOM, the united God made man in HIS image. It elaborates, for our sakes, by also saying Elohim created MAN in His image...MALE and FEMALE created He THEM" (Gen. 1:27). So there's a reverse of the singular and the plural, man/them and our/His. This "mystery" is further revealed when it's written in Gen. 5:1-2: "In the day that Elohim (Gods) created man, in the likeness of God made He HIM; male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name ADAM." The ONE ADAM FAMILY then had a son, Seth, in "his (Adam's) own likeness, after his image" (Gen. 5:3). Does this exclude Eve? Wasn't Seth also in her human likeness and image? Yes. For conclusive proof that God PURPOSELY inserted all this into the Genesis account to REVEAL to us later about the ONE GOD FAMILY/KINGDOM, the apostle Paul preaches: "For we [Christians] are members of his [Yeshua's] Body, of his flesh, and of his bones. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined to his wife, and they TWO shall be ONE FLESH. This is a GREAT MYSTERY: but I speak concerning Christ and the Church" (Ephes. 5:30-32). That's how the ONE GOD FAMILY (Elohim with the Father Supreme and the Son gladly subject to His authority - 1 Cor. 15:28) can be and is presently composed of two God-Beings, and is in the conversion process of "bringing MANY SONS TO GLORY" (Heb. 2:10) since Christ was the "FIRSTBORN OF MANY BRETHREN" (Rom. 8:29). Jesus was the PROTOTYPE of a new genus: the Kingdom of God! It's illustrated that even as MANKIND has shared in Adam's earthy image, we're soon to share in the HEAVENLY image of the Second Adam when we're born again of the Holy Spirit (John 3:3,6 4:24), with righteous character and composition! Mankind after the Godkind! And all through the ONE SPIRIT of God that unites us. "Christ in you, the hope of glory" (Colossians 1:27), "who shall change our vile body that it may be FASHIONED/CREATED like unto His GLORIOUS BODY" (Philip. 3:21), "for we know that when He shall appear, WE SHALL BE LIKE HIM" (1 John 3:2) - we are not going to be dogs or cats, or even angels, we are to be heavenly beings, HOLY SPIRIT-COMPOSED, born again GOD-BEINGS in the one divine family unit/Elohim! We are presently members of MANkind, huMAN, in the ADAMic Family unit (Gen. 5:2), but God promises we'll soon be changed in the twinkling of an eye, miraculously transformed, and join the HEAVENLY SPIRIT/GOD FAMILY. We've clearly seen how "two" can be "one" whether in the God Family or in the Adam family. It's right there in the Bible if we'll just believe what we see and read. It's the plain truth of the Bible for those willing to believe what God has revealed. Those who reject the testimony of the Scriptures (to hang on to vain traditions of men, whether trinity or oneness) are unable to explain what we're to become. Why have we received the down payment/earnest of the Spirit? (Ephes. 1:13-14). What conversion process are we in? (2 Cor.3:18). What are we being converted to if not into the character and composition of the Holy Spirit? God is spirit. We must be born again of the SPIRIT. Yeshua is the FIRSTBORN of many brethren (Rom. 8:29). We're presently partakers of the DIVINE nature (2 Pet. 1:4). God is our Father, Yeshua is our elder Brother - a family relationship. We're in Adam's human/earthy image now; we're to be in the Second Adam's spiritual/heavenly/divine image soon. God is reproducing Himself! That's what the conversion process is all about: God became man so man could become God. Mankind was created after the Godkind so after a life of conversion and purification, we can be resurrected to GLORY and share the glory of the Father and Son as born-again sons of God (Elohim). Again, what are we to become? How can you strive to enter the Kingdom of God, the Kingdom of Gods (Elohim), leaving the human kingdom behind, if you refuse to accept the awesome potential God (Elohim) offers? Take receiving the Holy Spirit and being born again of the Holy Spirit to its logical/biblical end/fulfillment. When we're glorified God-Beings, worshipping our Supreme Father God in His Kingdom (I Cor. 15:28), just like Yeshua will submit to the Father as all in all, we'll be immortal Priest-Kings (Rev. 5:10, 20:6), and God will be the "God of Gods" (Ps. 97:7, 136:2). Christ is the King of Kings (we're those kings), and the Lord of Lords (we're those lords), and the Father is God of Gods (we're those Gods/Elohim) - (Micah 4:5). We either accept Yeshua's revelation of the UNKNOWN FATHER and His eternal coexistence with Him, and His work as Creator, as the Word, under the supervision of the Father, or we must reject the New Testament. The Jews know Yeshua's claims and don't water them down to fit their religion. They reject His revelation for now, like most of traditional Christianity, but both Houses of Israel (Anglo-Saxons, Western Europeans and Jews as taught by Brit-Am Israel) will get over this stumbling block and soon embrace our transcendent calling to become literal members of the Heavenly Family of Gods (Elohim), higher than the animals and angels (Heb. 2:9-10). We don't call God the Father for nothing, or do we? We're to be the literal children of God, the Children of the Resurrection (Luke 20:36). Bad Credit Secured Loans: A Window in Financial Castle

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Ruth_Stanhop]Ruth Stanhop Bad credit secured loans are meant for people who have collateral to offer but they suffer from bad credit history. If you are facing financial crunch and your credit score is not impressive, then bad credit secured loans are ideal for you. Bad credit secured loans are so called because they require the borrowers to pledge a security to cover lenders risk. The collateral that is necessitated in bad credit secured loans can be in the form of real estate or automobile. The great thing about [http://www.chance4finance.co.uk/bad-credit-secured-loans.html ]Bad Credit Secured Loans is that lender will have only legal claim of the property. You can still stay in your home and drive your dream car. Properties can only be used if you stop paying your monthly installment and show the inability to pay it further. Bad credit is common phenomenon and every one in five people in UK are suffering from bad credit record. The reasons of bad credit record are as follows: Arrears on mortgage
Defaults on payment
Lack of income proof
Bankruptcy or insolvency
CCJs( county court judgements)
IVAs( individual voluntary arrangements) You can draw a large amount because of sufficient equity in your home. Interest rates that are offered by secured loans will be low and repayment tenure is long. You can choose payment terms and different interest rates like fixed and adjustable interest rates. Nevertheless, it will be appropriate if you browse through Internet and get the quotes of different lenders. There is immense competition in the market. So, it will be wise to take an overall review of bad credit secured loans before making a decision. Carving a Stone House Sign

By Steve Walker If you would like to try carving your own stone house sign and you have no previous experience, you may find some of the tips below will help.
First choose a suitable stone, unless you are experienced at carving, select a soft stone such as Bath stone. You will need at least one good chisel, a quarter inch steel splitter will do the job. A steel club hammer, as small as possible, a straight edge or square and a scriber, a sharpened masonry nail will do, and a Riffle file would also be very handy.
A riffle file is a small metal rasp with two shaped heads. If you dont have a riffle, use a small fine rasp. Tips: Search in your local street market for second hand tools, it may save you money. If you find a small club hammer with a short handle and a hollow worn into the side of the head, rejoice, you have found an original stone carvers hammer! Cut down the handle of an ordinary club hammer to about six inches, this will make it much easier to handle and control.
When using the hammer with a chisel, strike with the side of the head, this will help you keep greater control of the both the hammer and the chisel, use the thumb pressed against the head or handle to help keep the hammer steady. To hold the chisel correctly first lay the chisel across the bottom joints of the fingers and fold the fingers over to grip the chisel, do not clench your fist, the thumb rests on the shaft of the chisel to help with control.
Keep both your elbows tight into your side and not waiving around in space, this will help with control, and also prevent shoulder ache. If you find this difficult, try to hold a pencil under your armpit while working! To make a small scriber or point try using a sharpened Oboe masonry nail. I suggest trying to carve out a sign in relief, that is where the carving stands proud of the background, rather like a cameo. Leave a raised border around the edge to reduce the amount of work.
Choose a style of font that suits your house or design of house sign. However, I suggest not to use a font with thin or narrow sections, as these can be fragile when carving. You could include a motif , for instance a flower or leaf pattern but do keep it simple for your first effort. Mark out the layout of your house sign or number in pencil. When you are happy about the design use the scriber and straight edge to scribe in deeply all of the straight lines in the design, even the straight lines on the lettering or numbers, then pencil in the scribed lines. When you are carving you will find the edge of the chisel can be lodged into the scribed lines for greater accuracy. One of the most difficult problems to overcome is how to hold the piece of work steady while carving. To solve this problem fix the sign to a larger slab of stone or paving slab with plaster of Paris. When the job is done simply tap a chisel into joint between the sign and the backing, it will just pop off! The first task with all stone work is to remove the waste material. Keep away from the lettering or border, remove as much of the waste as possible before tackling the important bits. Approach the edges of the letters gradually, dont try to do too much too quickly. Carving stone is really a process of shaving off layers until the required shape is achieved. To finish off, sand down with a coarse grit wet and dry abrasive paper, used dry not wet. Good luck, and please let me know how you get on, you can contact me through my website Steve Walker has been a craftsman in stone and marble for 40 years. How To Find "Mr. X", And When To Let Him Start Selling For You

By Craig Garber Over the last couple of days we've been talking about
something few people stop and take the time to consider,
BEFORE they go ahead and start writing their sales copy --
and that is -- whose "voice" your sales copy should be
written in. Remember, when thinking this through, what's key here, is
credibility, and believability. You want to ask yourself, "Which "character" will be most
credible and believable, to my prospects?" And oftentimes, this means, which character can you "make"
most credibile and believable to your prosptcts. Along those lines, another "voice" you can write in, is what
I call, the "3rd Party Plus" voice. And who qualifies to be your "3rd Party Plus" voice? Well... bluntly... Anyone Who Will Make Your Pitch Work! For example, I recently wrote a pitch for a real estate /
financial services-related product -- and one letter came
from a real estate lawyer, the other from an investor. When I pitched a service to CPA's a while ago, guess where
that letter came from? A CPA of course (a CPA is like a Chartered Accountant, in
case you live outside America). How about medical or health-related pitches? Consider using a doctor... a pharmacist... or a cured
patient -- that sounds good to me. In certain cases, even a "friend" or client can make your
pitch, especially if you've got some kind of whacky or
unique story about how you came up with your product or
service. You can even "invent" secret "clandestine" characters,
like... "Mr.(or Mrs.) X" for example... or... "Former Convicted
Felon -- prisoner # 12345". The choices are endless -- it all depends on who you're
writing to and what you're selling, that ultimately
determines the "best" way to go here. Remember, you can write "from" anyone you want, so long as 3
things are true: Your sales pitch is true. Make sure you've got "someone"
behind those characters willing to back their "writing" up. Your sales copy is believable. And lastly, your "voice" must have credibility -- don't
advertise your new "shortcuts to real estate investing
success" program, and have the person writing your sales
copy, be a 17-year old surfer dude from Encino,
California. Make sense? If you want to know how to consistently attract a steady stream of fresh new prospects, who are pre-qualified, eager, and excited about buying from you, then Craig Garber -- recognized by his peers as America's Top Direct-Response Copywriter -- can show you exactly how to do this, step-by-step. What is Righteousness? - Part 1

By Saundra L. Washington The scope of this parable of Jesus addresses the subject of righteousness. In the scenario He presents we see two men who goes to the temple to pray. We know who they are and for whom the message was intended. It was not the appropriate time for public prayer but these two men went up to the temple (which stood on top of a hill) to engage in personal devotion which was customary at that time. One man was a Pharisee and the other a Publican. Now the Pharisees were known for their ability to pray long prayers, but oftentimes meaningless. They were, if you will, master of words. Furthermore, they were what I would call religious perfectionists. They had a rule to govern their religious life and we know some of them sought to live up to it. This particular Pharisee stood tall. He apparently lived a clean and respectable life and took care of all his temple obligations. He was indeed a good man as least to himself. The publican and the Pharisee went up into the temple to pray but they were not friends. They lived in two different worlds. The Pharisee would not dare consider the publican, a mere tax collector, on par with himself. The publican was dirt under his feet. They were not friends though they were both seeking the favor of almighty God. The Pharisee in his prayer thanked God he was not like the publican. He wanted God to know that the publican was something less than himself and so he prays: 'God, I thank you that I am not like this tax collector. Luke 18:11. What I have said in many of my articles bears repeating. When a man stands before God, his true nature is revealed. What we are in the real sense of the word comes to surface. We do not have to tell God who we are, He KNOWS. He knows the mind and heart of man. In His presence, we cannot bluff. Most men feel in their hearts that they are just until they meet God. Then they discover sometimes to their great surprise, how far removed from God they really are. No iota of sin escapes Gods notice. Every Christian is a sinner saved by grace. We are not perfect or sinless, we are saved. Isaiah put it this way: We are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; Isaiah 64:6a. This is shocking but what the prophet is saying is that righteousness from our stand point is nothing in the sight of God. Isaiah knew well what he was talking about because he himself had been in the presence of God. You recall in 6:1 when he said, In the year that King Uzziah died I saw also the LORD sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. In that same year and at the same time Isaiah said of himself, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts (6.5). Now, you can see why the publicans prayer went straight to the heart of God and the Pharisees prayer fell on deaf ears. When we seek the presence of a Holy God we must do so in utter humility. Who are we to address God in any other fashion? So what is righteousness? Well, lets begin by addressing what it is not. Righteousness is not simple goodness. Goodness is an element of righteousness but in itself is not righteousness. Goodness is just goodness. I have talked with people for hours on their goodness. I try to do the right things, I try to be a good person, I do good things. This is fine. Goodness is a commendable thing. A good clean life, if you will, is what God loves and men respect. Certainly superlative goodness is a rich asset in ones life. But, righteousness is not simple goodness. The Pharisee was good; they did not come any better. Any man who could stand in the presence of another and say what he said without fear of contradiction is indeed a good man. He said he was not an extortionist; he did not do anything unlawful. He did not oppress his debtors, He was law abiding in everyway and in everything. He was not unjust. He claimed to be fair and kind to all. He was not an adulterer. His marriage vows of faithfulness were untarnished. Not many people can publicly make these assertions without fear of being caught in a lie. The Pharisee was a good man, but mere goodness in no key to the Kingdom of God. Righteousness is not simple goodness. Righteousness is not being different for the sake of being different. In other words, just to say I am different from others does not mean one is righteous or justified in the sight of God. You see, it is not a matter of being different but rather what constitutes that difference and in what regard. There are thousands of people who are perfect in their living but vile in tempter and mean in heart. The Pharisee looked down on the publican with utter contempt and hatred. At this point, the Pharisee, a perfectly good man, different from the general run of men, became unacceptable to God. You cannot serve God and look down on your fellow man. Continued in Part 2. How to Avoid Giving Away Free Consulting

By Michael Losier After spending 30 minutes in a coffee shop with a potential client, I realized that the sheet of paper they were writing on was almost full; full of ideas that I had just given away for free. If you consult, coach, or are in the advice-giving field, you may have had a similar experience. Here are some valuable techniques to practice that will prevent you from giving away free consulting. In most cases, arrange to meet with your potential clients for about 30 minutes, to see if you are a match; that is, can you offer a service to them and do they need it? Try to give something free to each potential client so they get a sample of your services. Giving one or two pieces of information away for free is okay, however, 30 minutes worth is not. Client Interviews (Get-To-Know Session) When meeting with a potential client, your goal is to uncover a need they may have that matches a service you provide. How can you do this? Ask open-ended questions, that is, ask questions that will evoke a conversation. For example, an open-ended question may start with the words: "Tell me," or "What is" or "When do," etc. Open-ended questions will enable the client to give you more than just a yes or no answer, thus giving you more details about what they need. After hearing a series of problems that you can solve through your services, it is important to state that you have solutions to their problems. Do not offer the solution here, but suggest that there are solutions and that by working with you, they can resolve these problems. Make it clear to the client during the conversation that this is your work and you charge a fee for such a consultation. This area seems to be most sensitive with your friends and family. Keep your boundaries clear--you charge for your services. Make a policy about consulting to your friends/family. To summarize: It is your responsibility to avoid giving away free service. Probe the potential client through questioning to find out about their needs and problems. Once you have heard their needs and problems, mention that you have solutions for them. Be clear throughout the conversation that this is your career and you would be happy to work with them. Have a policy in place for friends and family in the event they want your services for free.
Once you have mastered this skill, you will increase your confidence in asking the right questions during the process of earning new clients.
